Through a blend of live coaching, mindfulness practices, and community support, you'll learn to reconnect with your true self, create new neuropathways, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. This transformative experience empowers you to embrace personal growth and find your way back to a balanced, authentic life.

What you’ll learn
Month 1
Week 1: Introduction to the "This Moment" tool, focusing on becoming present with daily journaling prompts.
Week 2: Deepen practice with "This Moment" through guided visualizations and community reflections.
Week 3: Learn about the "Body Love, Gratitude Ritual" to explore emotional connection and touch, supported by journaling prompts.
Week 4: Practice the "Body Love, Gratitude Ritual" live, with opportunities for reflection and sharing in the community.
Month 2
Week 5: “STAY” technique for creating safety in the body by staying present with oneself.
Week 6: Embodying and noticing emotions with hands-on exercises.
Week 7: Introduction to "NNPCO," a technique for redirecting neural pathways towards calm and neutrality.
Week 8: Deepen the practice of "NNPCO" with a guided journey in a live coaching session. Reflect on personal experiences and shifts through journaling and community sharing.
Month 3
Week 9: Learn about creating new pathways to foster healthier habits and responses. Reflect on current neural patterns through journaling with curiosity and compassion.
Week 10: Practice the "NAD" technique in a live coaching session. Reflect on the experience, noticing any sensations or shifts in the body.

Meet Julie
My name is Julie Stevens, and I’m a Somatic Spiritual Coach. I help queer and marginalized folx heal & recover their nervous systems from the effects of anxiety, overwhelm, trauma and PTSD.
I began my coaching and mentoring journey 15 years ago, counseling unhoused and formerly incarcerated individuals.
